- If you report an issue with your product, we may facilitate scheduling an application engineer to get in touch with you to understand the problem and provide a solution.
- If you are unable to solve the issue with our application engineer, then on a case to case basis the OEM might accept returns provided the issue is raised within 7 days of delivery of the product.
- Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model or incorrect product ordered.
- All software products are non-returnable.
- Refund will processed back to the source within 24- 48 hrs after the Product is received in the same condition with out any damage, unused with tags, and in its original packaging.
